Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, contact us at bodenelistores@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return request. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with any included accessories, and in its original packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us at bodenelistores@gmail.com as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and help make it right.

Refunds
If your return is approved, we will notify you after the returned item is received and inspected. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
